Service agreement and guidelines

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WPFixHub's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

WPFixHub provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Website Development (WordPress, PHP, HTML, Node.js)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • eCommerce Development
  • Graphics Designing
  • Content Writing
  • Mobile App Development
  • Web Application Development
  • Website Hosting and Migration
  • Domain Transfer Services
  • WordPress Plugin Development
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work document outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3.2 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, content availability, and project complexity. Delays caused by client-side factors may extend the delivery date.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information
  • Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Providing access to required systems (hosting, domains, etc.)
  • Making timely payments as per agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed in the project proposal.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Small Projects (under ₹10,000): 50% advance, 50% on completion
  • Medium Projects (₹10,000 - ₹50,000): 40% advance, 30% mid-project, 30% on completion
  • Large Projects (above ₹50,000): 30% advance, 40% mid-project, 30% on completion
  • Monthly Retainers: Payment in advance by the 1st of each month

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to use the work in our portfolio.

5.2 Our Rights

We retain ownership of all development tools, code libraries, and proprietary processes used in creating your project.

5.3 Third-Party Materials

Clients are responsible for obtaining licenses for any third-party materials they provide (stock photos, fonts, plugins).

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new proposal.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Our Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or sales increases.

8. Support and Maintenance

8.1 Post-Launch Support

Free support is provided for:

  • Basic websites: 1 month
  • Premium websites: 2 months
  • eCommerce/Applications: 3 months

8.2 Ongoing Maintenance

Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose sensitive information without written consent.

10. Termination

10.1 By Client

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable, and clients must pay for work completed.

10.2 By WPFixHub

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical behavior.

11. Hosting and Domain Services

If we provide hosting or domain services, clients must comply with hosting provider terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.

12. SEO and Marketing Services

SEO results take time (typically 3-6 months). Rankings depend on many factors beyond our control. We follow ethical "white hat" practices and do not guarantee #1 rankings.

13. Acceptable Use Policy

Our services may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Spam or malicious content
  • Copyright infringement
  • Adult or offensive content (unless agreed in advance)
  • Malware distribution

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, etc.).

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Samastipur, Bihar, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
