Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms

Important: Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services. By engaging our services, you agree to this refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy

At WPFixHub, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of our services (custom development, design, and consulting), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined below.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

2.1 Website Development Services

No Refund Scenarios:

  • After the initial design/wireframe is approved
  • After development work has commenced
  • If client delays exceed 30 days (due to non-response or content delays)
  • After the website has been deployed to live server
  • If the client changes project requirements mid-development

Partial Refund (50%):

  • If the project is cancelled within 7 days of payment and before design approval
  • If we cannot deliver the project due to technical limitations (refund minus work completed)

Full Refund:

  • If we fail to start the project within 14 days of agreed start date
  • If we determine we cannot complete the project (before any work begins)

2.2 SEO Services

No Refund:

  • SEO is an ongoing process with no guaranteed results
  • Refunds are not provided for lack of specific rankings
  • Monthly SEO packages are non-refundable once the month has started
  • If the client's website has technical issues preventing SEO work
  • If the client does not implement our recommendations

Partial Refund:

  • If we fail to deliver promised monthly reports for 2 consecutive months
  • If the service is cancelled mid-month (prorated to days unused)

2.3 Graphics Design Services

No Refund:

  • After the first design draft is delivered
  • If the client rejects all concepts without valid feedback
  • After the specified revision rounds are used

Full Refund:

  • If we fail to deliver the first draft within 7 days
  • Before any design work has been presented

2.4 Content Writing Services

No Refund:

  • After content has been delivered
  • If the client subjectively dislikes the content without specific issues
  • After approval and publication

Revision/Refund:

  • If content contains factual errors, we will revise at no charge
  • If content does not meet agreed specifications, we will revise or refund

2.5 Digital Marketing Campaigns (Paid Ads)

No Refund:

  • Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable
  • Management fees after campaigns have started
  • Poor campaign performance due to market factors

Partial Refund:

  • Unused ad management fees if cancelled mid-month

2.6 eCommerce Solutions

  • Follow the same terms as Website Development
  • No refunds for payment gateway integration issues caused by the gateway provider
  • No refunds for third-party plugin costs

2.7 Hosting and Domain Services

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable (as per ICANN policy)
  • Hosting fees may be prorated if cancelled mid-term
  • Setup fees are non-refundable

3. Monthly Retainer Packages

  • Notice Period: 30 days written notice required for cancellation
  • No Mid-Month Refunds: Payment for the current month is non-refundable
  • Annual Plans: If paid annually, unused months may be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Must be submitted in writing via email
  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable
  • Client must pay for work completed to date
  • Any deliverables completed remain property of WPFixHub until full payment

4.2 WPFixHub-Initiated Cancellation

  • If client repeatedly misses scheduled meetings or deadlines
  • If client provides inaccurate or misleading information
  • If project scope changes significantly without agreement
  • If payment is not received as per terms
  • In case of abusive or unethical behavior

In such cases, work completed will be billed, and any excess payment refunded.

5. Refund Request Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to rahul@wp-fixhub.com
  2. Include:
    • Your name and project details
    • Invoice number and payment date
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting documentation
  3. Wait for our response within 5 business days

5.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-7 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are always non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificates
  • Third-party plugin or theme licenses
  • Stock photos or premium resources purchased
  • Payment gateway setup fees
  • Consultation fees
  • Rush delivery charges
  • Ad spend paid to advertising platforms

7. Scope Changes and Additional Work

  • Changes to project scope after commencement may incur additional charges
  • Additional charges are non-refundable once approved
  • Scope changes must be approved in writing by both parties

8. Quality Guarantee

Instead of refunds, we commit to:

  • Unlimited revisions during the revision period
  • Bug fixes for development work (within warranty period)
  • Re-work if deliverables don't match agreed specifications
  • Professional customer support

9. Dispute Resolution

If you're unhappy with our decision on a refund request:

  1. Request a call with our founder, Rahul Kumar
  2. We'll review your case thoroughly
  3. We may offer alternative solutions (credit, additional work, partial refund)
  4. Our decision after review is final

10. Exceptions

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Death in the family
  • Natural disasters affecting client's business
  • Business closure

Supporting documentation is required.

11. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • All services will be suspended immediately
  • All access to deliverables will be revoked
  • Legal action may be taken to recover costs
  • You will be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs

Please contact us first to resolve any issues.

12. Payment Method Fees

  • Transaction fees (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are deducted from refunds
  • International transfer fees may apply to cross-border refunds

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Changes will be effective immediately. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
